Anurag Basu brings afresh breeze yet again. The magic he created at the time of Barfi trailer release; he recreates the same magic rather surpasses the levels of what we have seen in the recent past in Indian Cinema. The animal integration at this level is new in this era in Bollywood. All I recall is some of the Jackie Shroff’s & Mithun’s movies apart from one or two digital scenes here and there recently. Life of Pi had lot of animals yet it was from Hollywood.
This one seems to be a wild visual treat coming from our very own directors who raise the quest for Indian Cinema. Plus, it has Ranbir Kapoor who pulls off his characters at brilliance at par. Katrina Kaif goes bihu with his ex-pihu in this one and their chemistry was well accepted in Ajab Prem ki Gazab Kahaani, the trailer succeeds to showcase their chemistry at ease. They will make you tap your feet and clap your hands with their sheer performances in the story they are weaved in this one. Pritam as a music director claims this one as one of his toughest work in recent times with Jagga Jasoos having more than dozen number of songs. You would witness Ranbir Kapoor singing the dialogues than reciting them.
The colors, the animals, the music, with just one dialogue towards the end they kill it. It has all what it takes to pull the audiences into the cinema halls. Summer of 2017 is what we are gonna look forward to. The release perfectly timed during the summer vacations is gonna make this a great family entertainer.
