RAEES – Trailer is Garib

RAEES – SRK’s much awaited film. The teaser that gave rich expectations back when it was released, it did look SRK has more meat to offer through his role, rich in character, indeed it’s poor. The trailer released today doesn’t really fills in the appetite. The trailer is just ok and we just hope the movie turns out a richer experience for all of us.

Out of the Box in Raees? Nothing other than Sunny Leone, as Laila she is gonna woo more audiences than SRK to pull in the audience with the evergreen item number of Bollywood “Laila O Laila” that grooves your attention on the trailer towards the end. Conclusion – Sunny Leone is a mileage to SRK’s Raees to ring a magnum opening at Box Office on Jan 25^th. The competitors “KAABIL” Releasing on the same date have an impressive trailer which may impact the magnum opening punching a mere Raees at the Box Office if not poor. However, Raees has another USP of having a midas touch actor Nawazzudin Siddique who plays an ACP chasing Raees from pillar from post is something that can make this watch interesting. The dialogues we hear in the trailer aren’t that great and “Main aa raha hun” is a forcible insertion to refresh the stale release.

SRK has a Salman Style entry in one of the song frame we see in the trailer against the heroine “Mahira Khan” from Pak who just looks like one of those girl out of Ekta Kapoor’s serials. Not so impressive.

The trailer of course is a let down. We just hope the upcoming instalments of Raees gives us a richer experience.
