Jagga Jasoos – Creatively Superlative. Do Not Miss!!!
Anurag Basu gives us Ranbir Kapoor back to go woah at. It is the director’s vision so superlative that he serves the platter full on with creativity; there is hardly a frame that is not creatively touched. Ranbir Kapoor rocks and so does Katrina Kaif bringing her right charm in; with the innocence at ease making you smile from the heart; that’s the power of art cinema has. Anurag has key to your hearts, a detective in the right sense who has gauged his audience well, Jagga Jasoos is a cinema for all; big or small. It has entertainment, entertainment and entertainment. Go for it.

The much awaited has indeed proved the wait worth for its audience. From reel to real and on the reel again, Ranbir and Katrina’s chemistry is something to look forward in the couple of scenes they are together. The heart, the soul of the film is the narrative, not letting your eyes move out of the screen. Rhythm in the soul is Ranbir Kapoor who plays Jagga, be it big or small, both the actors sync so well that you are gonna adore the little one and the big one too. Ranbir is one such actor that seems to be the directors delight, his charm, his warmth, his innocence, his quest to pick up something different and delivering is amazing. Jagga Jasoos is the wave of change where you are entertained on the go, with the narrative not so often, it’s a cinema, story telling at its best.

The chemistry, the story about father and a son; touches the right chords of your emotions within, musical philosophies snippets are so quintessential, so real, it ignites your mind rightly, at times as simple as “sab khana khake daaru peeke chale gaye”. Saswata Chatterjee who plays father this time wins your heart after playing someone who gave you goosebumps in Kahaani. He too is brilliant along with the rest of the cast. Saurabh Shukla as always is at ease and a good menace in this adventurous ride.
Jagga Jasoos wears the skin of Sherlock Holmes feel with the right humor; armed with sharp intellectual skills, Ranbir is convincing from the word Go. The story telling is amazing; Katrina Kaif walking you through some of the adventures of Jagga and becoming a part too. Ringing in the interval creatively you actually wonder if its true.

Ravi Varman’s Cinematography is ace, the way the animal integration is amazing, if less is more, Anurag rightly showcases less is more. Jagga Jasoos has rightly integrated animals in some of the scenes making it look artistic and it serves as a visual treat. The Giraffe, an elephant, Ostriches, Goats, Ducks, Zebras and many more that makes quite an ensemble cast making it a family treat hitting it right for those families who saved their money on Tubelight; this one is your ticket to capetown you wouldn’t mind to visit again.
Jagga Jasoos – cinematic creativity at its best.
