M/s. X DOT AI (“OyeFilmy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://oyefilmy.com or use our AI generation tools, desktop plugins, and developer APIs.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our Services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and profile details provided during registration.
  • Payment Information: Transaction metadata, payment status, and order identifiers processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.
  • Usage & Generation Data: Text prompts, reference image URLs, generated asset URLs, API request counts, and credit wallet activity logs.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and session cookies for authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and deliver synthetic media generation pipelines.
  • To process billing, manage credit wallet balances, and issue invoices via Razorpay.
  • To authenticate users and enforce API key rate limits and security policies.
  • To communicate platform updates, security alerts, and technical support notices.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver our Services:

  • Payment Gateways: Razorpay for processing secure payment transactions.
  • Inference & Storage Infrastructure: AWS S3, MongoDB Atlas, and specialized AI cloud compute providers.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or court order to comply with legal obligations.

5. AI Model Providers & Your Prompts

OyeFilmy routes generation requests to third-party AI model providers. To fulfil a generation you request, your prompt and any reference images, video, or audio you attach are transmitted to the model provider you selected (or that was selected automatically) for that request.

  • We do not train AI models on your content. Your prompts, uploads, and generated output are not used by OyeFilmy to train, fine-tune, or improve any model.
  • The provider’s own policy then applies. Once a request is transmitted, the receiving model provider’s privacy policy, data-retention period, and safety-review practices govern that request. These vary by provider and may change without notice to us.
  • Our data policy follows theirs where they overlap. Where a model provider imposes retention, logging, or safety-review requirements on requests sent to it, those requirements apply to your generation and we cannot override them.
  • Choose accordingly. If a prompt or upload contains confidential, personal, or regulated information, you are responsible for deciding whether to submit it, and to which model.

You retain ownership of your prompts, inputs, and generated output at all times, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Responsibility for the content generated rests with the user who generates it.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest) and strict access controls to safeguard your data. Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with legal and financial reporting obligations.
